1. Who we are

HealthWise (“we”, “us”) operates the website health-wise.vip, including its online shop and contact forms. 2. What data we collect and why

  • Contact form enquiries (name, email, message) — used only to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to business communication.
  • Shop orders (name, delivery address, email, phone, order and payment information) — required to fulfil your order and meet accounting and tax obligations. Legal basis: contract performance and legal obligation.
  • Account details (if you create a customer account) — username, email, and order history, kept so you can manage your orders.
  • Technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) — via cookies and analytics, to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.
  • Newsletter (if you subscribe) — email address only, with your consent; unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email.

3. Cookies

We use cookies necessary for the site to function (e.g. shopping basket) and, where used, analytics cookies. Non-essential cookies are only set after your consent, which you can change anytime under “Cookie settings” [adjust if you use a consent banner; if not, mention the plugin or remove].

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the shop: our hosting provider, payment processor, shipping carrier, and accounting service — and only to the extent required for their task. Where a processor is located outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry messages: up to 12 months after the conversation ends. Order data: as long as required by accounting and tax law (typically 10+ years). Account data: until you delete your account. Analytics data: max. [12/14] months.

7. Payments

Card payments are processed by our payment provider “WooPayments (powered by Stripe)”. We never see or store your full card details.
